Domestic Shipping

All parcels are shipped via An Post. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns

We do not offer refunds. All items that wish to be returned are exchange only. Customers have 14 days after receiving their item to arrange an exchange.  

Returned items must be in their original condition, not be worn or damaged, have the original tags attached, be free from makeup, perfume and other stains. 

We reserve the right not to accept a return item if it is returned to us in poor condition. 

Returns are made at the customers expense.

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges of hats, hair or face accessories for hygiene reasons.
